Every write-up on this site was written by someone here after installing and using the package. They are not publisher copy and they are not marketing material. Where a description says a feature works well or a requirement is understated, that is an opinion formed on a test machine.

Mirrors are third party systems. Reaching one leaves this site and puts you under whatever terms and policies that operator publishes. Their availability and their behaviour are not under our control.

Check before you rely on anything

Requirements, sizes and versions are recorded as accurately as possible and are still worth checking against your own machine before a large download. Hardware requirements in particular are frequently understated by publishers, and where we know that, the listing says so.

Licensing is your responsibility

Nothing on this site grants a licence to anything. If a title is going to be used commercially, the licensing position needs to be settled by the person using it, in their jurisdiction, before it is put to work.
