Boot the media, answer the usual setup questions, and the system comes up with Windows 10 Professional installed and the Office 2019 application set already sitting in the start menu. There is no second installer to run afterwards and no post-install download pass waiting on a connection.
The Windows side is the 22H2 Professional branch with the full feature set intact, meaning BitLocker, Hyper-V, the Group Policy editor, Remote Desktop hosting and domain join are all present rather than stripped down to the Home configuration. The servicing stack is untouched, so security and quality updates continue to arrive normally once the machine is online.
The Office side is the Professional Plus configuration: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher and OneNote, with the VBA runtime and the shared charting and equation components in place. It installs as the 64-bit build by default, which is the right choice unless a legacy 32-bit add-in has to keep working, in which case the standalone suite image is the better download.

Installation
- Verify the checksum before writing, a bad image shows up as a setup failure late in the copy.
- Write the ISO to a USB drive of 8 GB or larger.
- Back up the target disk, a clean install removes existing partitions.
- Boot the drive, choose the language, and let setup run without interruption.
- After first login, open Word once and check the activation state in the account panel.
Before you start
Disconnect secondary disks during setup so the boot loader lands on the intended drive.
Do not install another Office suite over this one, remove the integrated set first if you want a different release.
Turn off automatic Office updates if you want the suite build to stay exactly as shipped.
