Overview

Wise Care 365 collects the maintenance jobs that would otherwise take five separate tools into one panel with a checkup pass across the front. The checkup scans junk files, broken registry entries, startup load, privacy traces and obvious configuration problems, then shows what it found before touching anything.

The cleaning side is the part that recovers disk space. Temporary files, browser caches, installer leftovers, thumbnail and log data, unused language resources and the update caches that quietly consume tens of gigabytes on an older install. The registry cleaner works on a scan and confirm model with a restore point written first, which is the only sensible way to run one.

The tuning tools cover the rest. Startup entry management including scheduled tasks and services, a defragmenter that understands solid state drives and leaves them alone, a disk health report from the drive's own diagnostics, a duplicate finder, a secure erase pass for files that should not come back, and a memory panel that shows what is actually consuming it rather than guessing.

What it does well

System checkup

One pass across junk, registry, startup, privacy and configuration problems, presented as a list you approve before anything is changed.

Deep disk cleaning

Recovers space from caches, installer leftovers, logs, thumbnails and update stores, with a per-category preview of what will be removed.

Startup management

Startup entries, services and scheduled tasks in one list with a delay option instead of a hard disable.

Drive health

Reads the drive's own diagnostic data and reports temperature, wear and error counts, with solid state drives excluded from defragmentation.

Privacy and erase

Clears usage traces across the system and browsers, and overwrites files that should not be recoverable.

  1. Extract the archive to a local folder.
  2. Run setup and decline the browser extension if it is offered.
  3. Apply the included configuration step before the first launch.
  4. Run a checkup pass and read the list before approving anything.
  5. Turn off scheduled cleaning unless you want it running unattended.

Before you start

Let it write a restore point before the first registry clean, the option is on by default and should stay on.

Review the privacy cleaning list, it will happily clear saved form data you wanted.

Do not defragment a solid state drive, the tool skips them but a manual run will not.

Questions about this title

Does it make a backup before cleaning the registry?

Yes, a restore point and a registry backup are written first.

Will it touch solid state drives?

It reads their health but excludes them from defragmentation.

Can I schedule it?

Yes, though unattended cleaning is worth reviewing once before trusting.

Is the secure erase real?

Yes, it overwrites the file data rather than only unlinking it.

About this listing

This entry was checked on a clean install of Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (32-bit and 64-bit) before it was published, and it is rechecked whenever the package is rebuilt. The figures on this page come from the site index rather than from the publisher, so the download count is what people here have actually pulled.

If a mirror stops answering, use the contact form and it gets replaced. Reports about a specific title are handled faster than general messages because they name the file, the mirror and the point at which the transfer stopped.

Requests for a different version, a different language build or an older release go on the requests page. Older versions of a title are usually still held even when only the current one is listed.
