The ribbon layout, the tab names and the panel behaviour mirror what those people already use, and in an office rollout that difference shows up immediately in how few questions get asked.
The working set is complete. Create documents from any application through a printer driver or directly from the office ribbon, edit text and images inside an existing file, reorder, split, merge and extract pages, convert to and from the office formats with structure preserved, recognise text in scans, and build forms with field detection and validation.
The enterprise configuration adds the parts a deployment needs rather than a single desk: silent installation with a configuration file, group policy templates for locking settings, batch conversion across a watched folder, signature workflows with certificate handling, permission and encryption controls, and a redaction and sanitise pass for anything leaving the organisation.

Installation
- Extract the archive to a local folder.
- Decide which application owns the PDF association before installing.
- Run setup and allow the printer driver and office integration to register.
- Select the recognition languages you need during setup.
- Open a document to confirm the association, then disable the updater.
Before you start
The printer driver appears in the printer list. Removing it there breaks document creation from other applications.
Only one PDF application should own the association on a machine.
The group policy templates assume a domain, they do nothing useful on a standalone machine.
