Overview
The Pro bundle is three products together: the editor, the virtual printer that produces PDFs from any application that can print, and the batch tool set for operations across whole folders of documents. Bought as a group they cover the same ground as the market leading suite while starting far faster and using a fraction of the memory, which is the reason it has such a loyal following among people who open dozens of documents a day.
The editor handles content directly. Text is editable in place with font matching and reflow inside a paragraph, images can be replaced, cropped or extracted, and pages can be inserted, extracted, rotated, resized, split and merged across files. The OCR engine turns scans into searchable and editable text in a large set of languages, and the result can be written back into the same file as an invisible text layer over the original image.
Around the editing sits the review and delivery work: a complete annotation set with sticky notes, callouts, stamps, measuring tools and highlighting, comment summarising and export, form field creation with calculation and validation, digital signature application and verification, redaction that removes content rather than covering it, and export to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML and image formats. The batch tools run any of that across a folder without opening each file.
What it does well
Direct editing
Change text in place with font matching and paragraph reflow, swap or crop images, and rearrange pages across multiple documents.
OCR for scans
Recognise text in scanned pages across a wide language set and write it back as a searchable layer over the original image.
Virtual printer
Produce a PDF from any application that can print, with control over compression, fonts, security and output profile.
Annotation and review
Full markup set with measuring tools and stamps, plus comment summarising and export for a review round.
Batch processing
Run OCR, export, security, watermarking or page operations across whole folders without opening documents individually.

Before you start
The virtual printer appears as a normal printer, if it is missing rerun setup and include that component.
OCR language data is selected at install time, adding a language later means running setup again.
Applied redaction is permanent, keep an unredacted copy elsewhere if you may need it.

About this listing
This entry was checked on a clean install of Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 before it was published, and it is rechecked whenever the package is rebuilt. The figures on this page come from the site index rather than from the publisher, so the download count is what people here have actually pulled.
If a mirror stops answering, use the contact form and it gets replaced. Reports about a specific title are handled faster than general messages because they name the file, the mirror and the point at which the transfer stopped.
Requests for a different version, a different language build or an older release go on the requests page. Older versions of a title are usually still held even when only the current one is listed.
